In the Ancient, India , Education commenced under the supervision of a ‘Guru or Prabhu’. With the modernization and due to decentralized social structure , Gurus have been replaced by the teachers.

The history of Education began with the teaching of traditional elements. India was considered to be  ‘Vishwa Guru’ as students from all over the world used to come to Indian Centers of Learning such as Takshashila and Nalanda.

Now a days, the basic aim of the Education being imparted to the students should be inculcate the sense of becoming a Good Human Being’ rather than just a Human Being.

Teachers must act as a ‘Role Model ‘ for the students and must encourage them to think big and share their ideas as unexplored brain has no limit to imagination . Teachers must display positive towards their students as it create ripple effects to tap the talent of the students. Teachers must create congenial environment in the School so as to explore the untapped potential of their students and must ensure that ‘ No Negative Vibes’ are created in the classroom.
